Uy, for and in behalf of the City Government of Dipolog, to enter into and sign the Deed of Usufruct with the National Telecommunications Commission, represented by its Commissioner, Atty. Ella Blanca B. Lopez, through her authorized representative, Elre V. Galo, OIC- Regional Director, NTC Region IX, for the use of a portion of four hundred (400) square meters of a parcel of land, known as Lot No. 2, PCS-9-013074, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 128-2024000963, situated in Barangay Biasong, Dipolog City, registered in the name of the City Government of Dipolog, for the construction of a two-storey building that will house its office thereat, with an advice however, that the Deed of Usufruct shall be revised or amended to indicate the condition that upon termination or expiration of the Deed of Usufruct, any improvement or building constructed on the subject land shall belong to the City Government of Dipolog.
