Authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Roberto Y. Uy, for and in behalf of the City Government of Dipolog, to enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office IX, represented by its OIC-Regional Executive Director, Vener L. Dilig, for the KADIWA Financial Grant Assistance Program in the amount of Two Million Pesos (₱2,000,000.00) to be utilized purposely for the working capital and acquisition of equipment and storage facilities.
