Authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Roberto Y. Uy, to issue a Certificate of No Objection to the following projects to be undertaken by the Department of Public Works and Highways, to wit: a. Road widening project along the Dipolog-Polanco-Piñan Junction Oroquieta Road located in Barangay Turno, Dipolog City; and b. Replacement of Quezon Bridge with a construction of a new four (4)-lane iconic bridge of similar architectural design.
