Authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Roberto Y. Uy, for and in behalf of the City Government of Dipolog, to enter into and sign, the Contract of Service with Atty. Czeska Johann G. Co, to lend assistance to the City Legal Officer in the performance of additional assigned functions of the City Legal Office, to take effect for a period of three (3) months from November 1, 2025, until January 31, 2026, with a monthly professional fee of Twenty Thousand Pesos (₱20,000.00).
