Authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Roberto Y. Uy, for and in behalf of the City Government of Dipolog, to enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement with the Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital, Dapitan City, for the establishment of an inter-facility referral system to ensure that patients requiring higher-level care are transferred to appropriate facilities.
