Resolution authorizing the Honorable City Mayor, Roberto Y. Uy, for and in behalf of the City Government of Dipolog, to enter into and sign the Deed of Usufruct with the Department of Education – Schools Division of Dipolog City over a portion of Two Thousand Two Hundred Eighty (2,280) square meters of a parcel of land known as Lot No. MR 09-000031 covered by Original Certificate of Title No. 2020000043 - Special Patent, situated in Barangay Biasong, Dipolog City, registered in the name of the City Government of Dipolog, to be used for the establishment of a Special Education Center to house classrooms and related facilities for learners with disabilities and other special educational needs.
